one way music videos use media representation to differentiate themselves from each other is but he representations of different people from different social groups. This is seen In somebody to you with an all white cast with close ups showing that they are the only ones that matter and are more important. the female characters are represented as all skinny and attractive and care free this is saying that all girls are like that being stereotypical but the dominance of the men on the screen shows that thy are more dominant than the women putting the main focus on them and not the women this is also seen in Little Mix Black Magic which is a bit more different in the representations that they give there are a range of different ethnicities and cultures shown in the shots using many different shot types the audience is given a positive reinforcement with people of all sizes and all different social groups wearing different clothes are equally represented. there is a strong countertype with female dominance giving the women all of the power in the scenes and giving the men a bit less showng the audience a strong counter type to male dominance.
